We will turn your hardware device idea into a functional, manufacturable 3D CAD model in SolidWorks, ready for rapid prototyping and basic manufacturing. This includes mechanical design, enclosure, internal layout, DFM guidance, and high‑quality visualizations.
What’s included – Standard (medium complexity)
● One mechanical device or assembly: up to 20 unique parts, up to 3 levels of sub‑assemblies, limited number of mechanisms (a few belts/gears/hinges).
● Up to 3 concept directions for form and internal layout, with 1 selected concept.
● Clean 3D CAD structure in SolidWorks.
● Key 2D PDFs/DWGs for critical components and main assembly.
● DFM tips for your target process to reduce rework during prototyping.
● Neutral CAD export for your manufacturer or for integration with PCB design.
● High‑quality photorealistic renders in for decks, investors, and product pages.
Premium tier (high complexity)
Everything in Standard, plus:
● Support for higher complexity: up to ~40 unique parts, deeper assembly structure.
● One extra revision cycle (up to 2 rounds of design changes after your review).
● Optional short demo clip of the product operating in a realistic environment.
What we need before starting
● Short description of the product, target use case, and main users.
● Any sketches, photos, reference products, or existing CAD (if available).
● Key functional requirements: mounting, interfaces, expected loads, movements, environment (lab, outdoor, industrial, etc.).
● Preferred manufacturing method, if known (3D printing, CNC, sheet metal) and whether you already have a prototyping vendor.
● Your target deadlines and any hard constraints (max size, weight, cost‑sensitive parts).
What’s not included
● Full FEA/CFD analysis with formal reports or certification documentation.
● Complete detailed drawing set for every single part for mass production under strict standards.
● Branding/CMF research at industrial‑design‑agency level (logo, packaging, marketing copy).
Steps for completing your project
Step 1.
4–6 hours — analysis of requirements, clarifying questions, preliminary sketches.
Step 2.
8–12 hours — development of 2–3 3D concepts.
Step 3.
10–14 hours — refinement of the selected concept into a CAD model.
Step 4.
4–6 hours — preparation of basic drawings and DFM comments.
Standard package in total
Timeframe: 7–10 days. ~€2,000 in total.
Premium package
38-52 hours — additional iteration, additional configurations/versions, extended set of drawings, support for higher complexity, short demo clip of the product operating in a realistic environment - Timeframe: 10–14 days. ~€3,000 - €4,500 in total.
We collaborate under Furtherium, Inc. (US, Canada) and Furtherium UG (EU/UK) with transparent project-based contracts. Most projects take 1-2 weeks with dedicated communication via our private AWS-hosted community or your corporate systems (Slack, Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello, GitHub, etc.). Typical project cost: €4-8k. Hourly rate: €80/hr.
A deal is considered concluded under the terms of the offer once the contractor confirms the client’s request and the client accepts it through payment. Written communications between the parties form an integral part of the agreement and may serve as valid evidence in case of dispute resolution.
Where additional terms are required, a separate contract and detailed specifications for a series of projects may be agreed upon. If necessary, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may also be executed; the contractor’s total liability is limited to the total value of the client’s paid orders.
Offer prices are valid as of the date of publication and may be updated by the contractor at any time prior to order confirmation and client acceptance.
All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT. For clients based in Germany, German VAT (MwSt/USt 19%) will be added to all invoices (Down Payment Invoice, Final Settlement, Outstanding Balance Invoice).
For clients based in the EU (excluding Germany), business customers who provide a valid VAT ID will be invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism, and VAT will be self-assessed by the customer; if no valid VAT ID is provided, German VAT will be added.
For clients in the United Kingdom, local VAT rules apply depending on the place of supply and the customer’s VAT status.
For clients in the United States and Canada, services are provided by Furtherium, Inc. (California, USA). As our services are generally classified as remote consulting and digital services, they are not usually subject to California sales tax; however, sales tax may be charged where required by applicable US state or Canadian provincial law, for example if taxable software or physical deliverables are supplied or if local economic nexus thresholds are exceeded.

Yes. we can start from sketches, photos, reference products, or existing CAD and restructure it into a clean, production‑ready assembly, as long as it fits within the chosen tier’s complexity.
No. We include key drawings for critical components and assemblies. A complete, standards‑driven drawing package for mass production can be quoted as a separate project.
Not in this offer. Only basic sanity checks on stiffness / loads where relevant. Full FEA/CFD with reports is a separate service.
If we exceed the agreed complexity (part count, mechanisms, or new major features), we can either upgrade to the Premium tier or create a small follow‑up project for the extra work.
